Dalcos - Coil Punching Machines
Dalcos is a manufacturer of coil fed, CNC punching/shearing equipment based out of Castelfranco, Italy. For more than twenty years, they have offered their highly specialized products consisting of coil punching machines for medium and thin strips, feeders for thin strips, perforation lines and NC feeders. Many manufacturers throughout the US, Canada and Mexico utilize punching machines as a part of their normal sheet metal manufacturing production process. A coil fed, CNC punch bridges the gap between turret presses and stamping presses. For parts of the same width, you can combine the advantages of the material utilization offered by coil processing and the flexibility of a turret press. Dalcos machines combine standard, thick turret tool stations (from 5 to 25 or more) with integrated press stations (where applicable) and a cut off shear. These systems start at 12” wide with models up to 60” wide.
