ERGO (Coil Punching Machines for Medium Thickness Strips)
Modern Manufacturing Technologies International offers two specific coil punching machines as part of the ERGO collection. This collection is suitable for strips that are of medium thickness. Specific models are detailed below.
ERGO 400
The Dalcos punching machine ERGO 400 offers machinable strips from 60 mm up to 400 mm in width. It is most often used as a compact press for processing narrow strips with thickness up to 4mm. It is commonly used for the manufacturing of parts and sections for containers, door frames, shelving uprights, greenhouses and more. The feeder associated with the ERGO 400 has a built-in straightener so that the line has a compact layout. Similar to the PXN models, the number of moving presses are customizable, as are the rotating tools and number of in-line presses.
ERGO 800
The Dalcos punching machine ERGO 800 is also a compact press for processing strips; this machine processes thickness up to 3 mmand 4 mm. Similar to the ERGO 400 model, this particular punching machine is highly versatile and is used not only in the sectors already described for the ERGO 400, but also in the production of medium thickness panels. The feeder has a built-in straightener so that the line has a compact layout and the machinable strips go from 60 mm up to 800 mm in width. Each part is customizable including the number of moving presses, the rotating tools and the number of in-line presses.
