PXN 310

PXN 400 – 500 – 600
The DALCOS coil punching machine PXN is ideal for the automatic production of narrow, fine products, starting from 20 mm up to 400, 500 or 600 mm in width. The PXN 400 is used in the manufacturing of frames for reinforced and fire doors, safety doors, lighting products, lightweight structural elements, filter frames, animal feeding systems and, more in general, those sectors where very long and narrow parts have to be produced. The PXN 400 allows for multiple presses, rotating tools and in-line presses to be customizable.

PXN 800
Used for the manufacturing of metal furniture, shelving, electrical boxes, switch gear panels, lighting structures, post office boxes, air-treatment products, and more, the Dalcos coil punching machine PXN 800 is notably the most popular Dalcos machine on the market due to its versatility and output combined with the excellent quality/price ratio. Its primary feature consists of the two opposing and independent punching heads, which allow the simultaneous front and back punching of symmetrical products. The PXN 800 allows for multiple presses, rotating tools and in-line presses to be customizable and is most often used for a strip width that is between 20 mm - 800 mm.

PXN 1000 & 1250
When manufacturing large panels—such as road signs, refrigerator doors, fire doors and other oversized structures—the Dalcos coil punching machine PXN is the machine of choice. This product also works in the manufacturing of products within all sectors associated with the PXN 800. Machine strips range from 50 mm – 1,000 or 1,250 mm in width and .3 mm - 2 mm in thickness. This particular machine, similar to the PXN 400 and PXN 800, offers multiple presses, rotating tools and in-line presses to be customizable.
PXN 1500
The PXN 1500 punching machine offered by Dalcos is probably the most advanced and highly technical piece of technology offered to manufacture and machine strips. Machine strips on this model range from 50 mm to 1,520 mm in width: this versatility allows narrow strips or large panels to be produced with the same simplicity and precision. The use of standard thick turret style punches, available throughout the world, makes the PXN 1500 highly versatile. Customization is also applicable to this mode. Manufacturers may adjust the number of moving presses, the rotating tools used and the number of in-line presses that are available.
