The BEAT ANEX is a brand new knuckle press machine that has a simple design and high rigidity for such components as lead frames, connectors, terminals, motor cores, etc. Symmetrical knuckle mechanisms have been proven to perform high-speed, fine precision stamping owing to minimal of thermal displacement, breakthrough and stability.  The line-up of ANEX series covers from 30 ton to 150 ton.

Machine features:

• The merits of the knuckle link mechanism are designed for rigidity and thermal balance in addition to simple structure.
• Very low vibration and stable B.D.C. under each stroke and every speed range.
• Balance mechanism which compensates for left and right components of force, and double slide-guiding system which is composed of 2 plunger and 8 surfaces of needle bearings, elevate the capacity of eccentric load-resistance.
• Non backlash clutch/brake with long durability and little noise lead to quiet running
• Lateral size of bolster is 1,100mm/60ton, 1,200mm/80ton, 1,500mm/80W
• The GX series Gripper feeder is equipped with the distinctive features of fine precision resulting in a more exact feeding pitch.
